the hotel is connected to ariake garden, this provides easy access to a large aeon supermarket.

I found the self check-in process frustrating, the machine failed to recognize my reservation. this caused delays and required assistance from staff, defeating the purpose of automation. the room size was also a concern. It felt cramped, particularly given i booked it for three adults.

Excellent Hotel Close to Attractions

clean hotel efficient elevators complimentary water

The location was good because I was working at the tennis center. The shopping center is also adjacent. It provides many dining choices. I liked how clean the hotel was. Elevators were also efficient. Complimentary water bottles each day were appreciated. A couple of train lines are close, and those made traveling into the center easier.

It makes it difficult to get to the train stations. The walk is long. Train journeys are long when heading towards the city or Narita airport. The cost of airport taxi from the hotel was exceedingly over-priced.

The room included two twin beds. A sofa was provided for lounging. The room was very clean upon arrival. All necessary amenities were present and functioned properly.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Fresh fish and special pancakes were available each morning. I had a very tasty braised beef. A convenience store is located nearby for snacks.

The hotel staff was helpful . I found them very responsive to questions. They assisted me with directions to local attractions. The check-in process was quick and easy.

tennis center abundant dining efficient elevators daily water bottles

i found the location perfect for my work at the nearby tennis center. the adjacency to the shopping center provided abundant dining options, and the proximity to tullys and mini stop was very convenient. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me, and i really appreciated the efficient elevators and complimentary daily water bottles (such a nice touch!). access to train lines made trips into the city center easy.

the train stations were a bit of a walk, which could be tiresome after a long day. this slight inconvenience was manageable, though.
